Hold my beer, it's another game day food item! This carb-free, healthy AF snack takes less than 20 minutes to make and can be customized with your favorite toppings and condiments as you see fit.
Even better, the turkey burger mini-kabobs really only have two ingredients. The rest is up to you. All you need is ground turkey and McCormick Grill Mates Hamburger seasoning.
Just combine the ground turkey and 2 and a half tablespoons of the hamburger seasoning. Once combined, roll the mixture into two-inch balls; place on a baking sheet and bake at 375F for 15 minutes.
Once the turkey burger balls are finished baking, assemble whatever toppings you love onto a mini skewer (I used 4-inch bamboo skewers found at Publix). Put out a few different condiments and sauces to top them with and voila! You're set!
I kept the toppings simple this time with just pickles, Greek peppers, and colby jack cheese, because... you know... best friend's wedding is in less than 10 days and just trying to blend in with the most beautiful bridal party every.
If you're having a football game watch party, I'd recommend setting up a taco-bar situation with options like tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, onions, blue cheese chunks, bacon, ketchup, mayo, mustard, aioli, BBQ sauce, etc. where your guests can build their own turkey burger mini-kabob with an assortment of dipping sauces.
Hope y'all enjoy! Blonde appetit!
